There are things you can do to help prevent miscarriage. Eating healthy and exercise are the most important. Drink enough water and get the parental nutrients you need. You may be afraid to exercise, but exercise does you and your child good. Try to manage your stress and your weight. Gaining too much weight can be dangerous. Lastly, stay away from risky behavior like drinking and smoking. Staying up on your doctor’s appointments is always good. Make sure you do not miss those.
