You should stay away from soda, desserts, and fried food. From week five and on, you have to make dieting a daily thing.

Your diet will consist of several things. Some of these things include lean meats and substituting shakes for certain meals. Shakes are good to eat during breakfast. Snacking is also good. Instead of eating high fat or high sugar foods, choose good proteins like almonds and even fruit. Sugar and carbs have to be eliminated as much as possible. Sugars and carbs are typically the culprits when it comes to weight gain. If you crave sugar and starch, try to find healthy alternatives.
