We are looking for someone to contribute in every aspect of the medical sales support, social media, website content and medical credentialing.

Tasks associated include:

  • Assisting executive management
  • Assisting sales team
  • Assisting prospects and affiliates
  • Mailing & emailing media kits to potential affiliates
  • Maintaining organization
  • Editing in Adobe
  • Setting up events and assisting at events
  • Medical pre-credentialing
  • Affiliate communication 


  • 20-30 hours per week in the office and working from home, flexible with your schedule, a committed person is a must.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, communication, writing skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Drive
  • Preferred WordPress / Social Media (Facebook, Google+, Twitter) / Public Relations skills
  • Ability to multi-task, responsible, reliable, self-motivated and contribute

This position will lead to a full-time position for the right person.
