Dr. Daneeque Woolfolk is a board-certified Dallas Dermatologist from Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Oakwood College (now Oakwood University) with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, and then attended Indiana University School of Medicine. She then completed a transitional internship at the Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital, and a dermatology residency at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. During her third year in residency, Dr. Woolfolk served as an Administrative Chief Resident, and was responsible for scheduling and educational concerns for the other dermatology residents.
Dr. Woolfolk has an interest in general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She sees patients from infants to adolescents to adults. Special interests in dermatology include acne, ethnic skin and pigmentation issues, psoriasis, and skin cancer. She also offers cosmetic treatments such as botox and dermal fillers (Juvederm). She is adept at surgical cases from simple cyst removal to more complex skin cancer excisions. She keeps abreast of the latest developments in the field of dermatology, and it is her goal that her patients receive the most effective, appropriate, and evidence-based care for their dermatological condition. She gives undivided and individualized attention to each patient, addressing each concern.
Dr. Woolfolk is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Texas Dermatological Society, the Texas Medical Association and the Dallas County Medical Society. She has been published in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology.
In her spare time, Dr. Woolfolk enjoys running and spending time with friends and her family.
