Biography

Dr. Amit Mirchandani is a Dallas double-boarded Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management specializing in Regenerative Medicine i.e. Stem Cell Replacement Therapy. Regenerative medicine is the process of engineering or regenerating human cells and tissues and safely implant them where your body cannot heal itself. The end goal of stem cell replacement therapy is to restore or establish normal function where you are currently experiencing pain relieving your pain so you can get back to a normal life pain-free.

Dr. Mirchandani is passionate about providing a unique and individualized healing experience to each patient treated at Texas Cell Institute.  He utilizes cutting-edge technology to perform interventions from natural, cell-based, and biological methodologies to help heal injury and improve the quality of life for his patients.  His new and innovative approach to regenerative medicine offers a broad and exciting spectrum of therapy for musculoskeletal injuries.

Regenerative Medicine has come a long way from spray-on-skin to helping the blind to see to relieving pain in areas that your body has worn down. Dr. Mirchandani goal is to relieve your pain; this can be accomplished through a variety of methods and for some it’s a process of elimination to see what works for you. Dr. Amit Mirchandani has extensive training in non-narcotic based, image-guided intervention and regenerative pain management.

Dr. Mirchandani attended the University of Tennessee, where he received his medical degree and was a Bland W. Cannon Scholarship recipient after graduating with honors from Rhodes College with a degree in Biology. He then went on to complete his residency in anesthesiology at Yale University as well as a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Mirchandani is currently board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and licensed by the Texas Medical Board. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology as well as the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.
