You may be afraid to exercise, but exercise does you and your child good. Try to manage your stress and your weight. Gaining too much weight can be dangerous. Lastly, stay away from risky behavior like drinking and smoking. Staying up on your doctor’s appointments is always good. Make sure you do not miss those.
